I recently ran into missing dependency error while performing a maven build of the windup-eclipse-plugin:
Missing requirement: org.jboss.tools.windup.runtime 4.3.0.Final requires 'osgi.bundle; com.google.inject 0.0.0' but it could not be found

[~jeffmaury]suggested it might have been removed from the target platform.

My pom is using parent <version>4.14.0.AM1-SNAPSHOT</version>.
