Windows 10 + eclipse-ee-2020-03 fresh installation + Wildfly 19

Steps to reproduce:
go to eclipse
new Project -> Enterprise Application Project
Select Wildfly 19 as target runtime
EAR version only goes up to 7
Select Wildfly 18 as target runtime
EAR version goes up to 8, as expected
