* debate on qe-dept-list has started, several pieces of information has been collected, discussed and reviewed
* several information sources has been investigated to collect pieces of information about the test frameworks on the market (JetBrains plugins marketplace, source codes of several plugin on gihub, google, youtube, stackoverflow)
* almost all test frameworks are not usable, because they are used for unit testing, web based testing etc.
* the are 2 main candidates for test framework:
       - Jemmy (http://wiki.netbeans.org/Jemmy)
       - Test GUI Framework (https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/11114-test-gui-framework)
