Hi, 

sorry about not specifying which documents. The reason for this is that we have had this issue in the ESB documentation and I believe that the its the same template which was used with the transcations documentation. 

I've seen this in the AjunaCore Programmers Guide. I'll be going through the docs in the next week or so, and I'll let you know which other docs are affected.
