This is now working for the 1.1 WS-AT implementation. Need to add supporrt for WS-AT 1.0 next.

There is now a new API class UserSubTransaction which subclasses the remote UserTransaction class. It can be used to create an AT UserTransaction when already inside an AT transaction by calling getTransaction. This can be suspended and resumed via the TransactionManager class like any other UserTransaction. Any participants enlisted in the subtransaction will be coordinated using the coordinator of the local host rather than the coordinator of the original TX. See the WSTX tests for details.
