Ok, we now also have a 1.0 WS-AT UserSubTransaction class which interposes a subordinate coordinator. into the parent transaction.

Still need to implement participant recovery for the durable participant registered to propagate the commit request and coordinator recovery for the subordinate coordinator which it references.
