The setup-env.sh and setup-env.bat files don't have the right classpath anymore. They need JTA 1.0.1 -> JTA 1.1 and add concurrent.jar.  Also we now bundle JacORB, the PUT_JACORB_HERE could suggest using that copy for the JTS.
