Added the revamped code to trunk for the first time. The bridge now works in both directions and on both JTA and JTS, but now only with WS-AT 1.1. Includes first draft of the docs and a cleaner demo.

Still needs work on Synchronization/VolatileParticipant handling, crash recovery and automated test suite.
