Jonathan Halliday commented on JBTM-244:
----------------------------------------

Not really feeling the need here. The unit tests (such as they are) live in a dir hierarchy parallel to the source code, so building them or not is a case of including that dir root in the compiler source path. The DTF tests live in the /qa directory which has its own build script.

May revisit as part of repackaging the code (JBTM-26) and/or updating to a new build system for improved modularity and dependency management.
