I looked at this from the perspective of EAP, i.e., what docs are needed there versus only needed in the community.

TS docs outline for EAP distribution:

FailureRecovery Guide
Administration Guide (ArjunaCore as basis, with diffs from JTA and JTS)
Programmers Guide (ArjunaCore with all TXOJ aspects removed; start with JTA)
