Release Note:

Cause: <classname>UserTransaction</classname> was not serializable or referencable. 

Consequence: <classname>UserTransaction</classname> did not align with the JTA specifications.

Fix: <classname>UserTransaction</classname> is now serializable and referencable.

Resolution: <classname>UserTransaction</classname> now complies with the JTA.
