Release Note:

Cause: The log message for an invalid state SOAP fault says that it is cancelling the participant, when it really compensates the participant.

Consequence: The log message does not agree with the actual action.

Fix: The log message now reports that it is compensating the participant.

Result: The log file shows the correct information.
