Release Note:

Cause: Threads for transaction processing did not have names.

Consequence: The threads were hard to identify during profiling.

Fix: The threads in the transaction reaper, reaper worker, action store scanner, and the XTS reaper worker have been given names.

Result: Thread identification is easier during profiling.
