Full support to use transaction manager and XA pools under tomcat and spring framework.

Transaction manager should be able to use with full functionality under apache tomcat and springframework.
Tomcat should be a fully tested platform with JBoss Transaction Manager.

It should provide everything to use under tomcat included XA pools as well.
