It is definitely a compiler bug, still present on MacOS

You can disable the annotation processing by specifying "proc:none" to the compiler, which should also work around the issue.  You can get more information about that workaround in the following thread http://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=193952#c4
