Modified demo so  it works on AS7. This required moving the wsdl and  handler xml around because AS7 won't load them from class-relative paths like it used to (like it ought to?).

Also had to add module dependencies to org.jboss.xts for the client and org.jboss.xts + org.jboss.jts to the service (for example, it uses Uid from TS)

Finally had to modify the context serialize/deserialize helper so it install the XTS module classloader on the thread before trying to invoke JAXB. This is necessary to ensure we can load the relevant JAXB implementation.
