We now build and test against both orbs. Details:
- there is a new module called idl with sub modules for packaging the IDL stubs (including a test artifact for the test IDL stubs) for each ORB;
- the jts module runs two executions of the surefire plugin so that each ORB gets tested;
- we generate two versions of the uber jar differing in which IDL stubs get packaged;
- I have added a function called qa_tests to the narayana.sh script which makes two passes through the jts component of the QA test suite against each orb.
