This case is covered by CoordinatorEnvironmentBean.asyncCommit. If the user enables parallel commit using this property then it implicitly implies parallel rollback. I cannot envisage a use case where the user would want parallel rollback *without* also wanting parallel commit. My recommendation would be to close the JIRA as will not fix.
