My second vote is for: Maybe we should try upgrading Selenium or searching to see if this is a known issue. 

My "not holding out much hope for" vote is: This problem may go away when we move to the new Hudson machines. 

My +1 is: re-write the tests to use a more robust technique, that doesn't require a web browser, such as HTTPUnit
