It looks like it's trying to download the JDBC drivers which I don't believe it is. The IPV6_OPTS are exported and "will download JDBC drivers" is appearing in the logs. 

I think this is just a bug with the script as it looks like either get.drivers is ran or the message displayed. So the message should be negated.
