I have done them all. I only did top level folders. I am sure more work can be done on our quickstarts to bring them into line with the JDF ones. But this is all I am doing for now.

Also the atsintegration folder seems to consist of useful code for testers but probably not appropriate for a quickstart so I think it needs moving to a more appropriate home.
