In the JTS pom.xml within the IDLJ excludes section there is:

<exclude>**/JavaIdlRecoveryUnitTest.java</exclude>

Surely we shouldn't be excluding JavaIdl tests in the JavaIdl run? Should this refer to the JacORB tests instead?
