If these tests run in the same JVM then you need to be sure that interceptors trigger correctly. Plus some of them require the recovery manager to be running. Each test has an expected_output file which can be used to ensure that any changes to the tests can be verified.

I would prefer if they could be run in separate JVMs though if that's possible.
