The success builds http://172.17.131.2/view/Narayana+BlackTie/job/narayana-windows2008-taconic/508/ (2014-1-9 6-22:06) and http://172.17.131.2/view/Narayana+BlackTie-pulls/job/btny-pulls-narayana-windows2008/531/ (2014-1-9 4:31:04) all happen in the morning but the failure builds all happen in the afternoon. 

I had checked the /queue/Test_One when the build is hanging and there is still 1 scheduled message in the queue. So it looks like the hornetq server does not deliver the message.
