Gytis suggests that keeping a history might be useful for graphing trends (not sure where the best place to copy it would be- maybe push it to albany). Also we only update a result if it is more than a 10% (configurable) improvement so we could also consider whether keeping times for every test would be useful for detecting fluctuations (that would be a trivial change).
