I like it! I would be tempted to add a comment_on_pull method (copy it from one of the scripts or the narayana.io job: http://narayanaci1.eng.hst.ams2.redhat.com/view/Pulls/job/btny-pulls-narayanaio/configure) to report that we need a committer to approve the comment rather than just exit 0 - at least for now until we remember to do that.
