I see in the release notes you have an errata entry for JBAS-4210

JBAS-4210 is not a bug, the test that is failing is failing because
JBossWS is incorrectly deploying the servlet as an endpoint even though
it is not an endpoint.

I sent a message to the dev list over the weekend, if you have happy for
the changes I have made to be merged to trunk they correct the issue.
