[jbossws-dev] [Design of JBoss Web Services] - @PortComponent replacement

While working on config issues i realized that  the PortComponentAnnotation needed refactoring. It's now split into @WebContext and @EndpointConfig. 
The main reason for this was the distinction between client and server side annotations.
