[jbossws-dev] Clean codebase at jira freeze

It's really this brain-dead kind of work I'm good at ;-) Every issue is 
now  identified and logged in jira. You've probably seen me creating 
tons of issues. The metro issues still need to get transfered to their 
bugtracking system.
