[jbossws-dev] regression with exception handling

Hi Thomas,
yes, that is related to the changes you pointed out. The reason for this 
is that Richard found out that the implementation I did for JBWS-1941 
causes failures in the TCK run, thus he partially reverted it and of 
course now our testsuite has failures. I'm working on this with Richard 
to understand how to fix it.
