You can run something like:
mvn -Pjboss422,testsuite test

To quickly run a single test instead, run the following from the testsuite module folder
mvn -Pjboss422 -Dnoprepare -Dtest=AddressingReplyToTestCase test

We'll update the wiki with this stuff soon any way.
