Please read the associated forum post for a problem description.
In order to apply the patch, you need to replace the jbossws container integration (jbossws-jboss40.jar) for AS 4.0.5.GA with the service pack:

[hbraun at localhost jboss-4.0.5.GA-ejb3]$ find -name "jbossws-jboss40.jar"
./server/default/lib/jbossws-jboss40.jar
./client/jbossws-jboss40.jar

You can get the new binaries here: 
http://repository.jboss.com/jboss/jbossws-jboss40/4.0.5.SP1/lib/
