SunRI mime headers management seams to be based on transport properties (com.sun.xml.transport.Headers) directly put in the message context. Thus headers can be retrieved and set using SOAPMessageContext instead of the SOAPMessage it contains.
If you agree, I'm going to modify the testsuite accordingly for the sunri stack (native stack should go on using mime headers coming from SOAPMessage)
