The workarounds are:

1) Use packaged web archive instead of unpackaged one.
2) Replace all web.xml files with web.xml.org if such file exists in jboss start script.

Possible solutions that comes in my mind are:

Do not modify web.xml at all and do just memory changes only as suggested
by one user in the forum but I don't know if this could be possible.
