This fix needs further investigation. See bug JBWS-1968 for already available functionality.
I think our proprietary org.jboss.ws.annotation.Documentation annotation should generate
the jaxws:binding artifacts as you can see in the following documentation:

All customizations that are specified there we already support because we use Sun RI internally.
