The MC dependency has been moved to the container integration. Actually the embedded stuff shouldn't depend on a container at all (hence the name), but this would require a separate test profile for the maven build and an additional hudson setup. The currently solution is that embedded test are only executed for the as 501 profile, which already includes a recent MC version that is required to run the embedded tests.
