To support jaxws 2.1, getEndpointReference methods need an implementation in BindingProvidedImpl, ClientImpl, DispatchImpl and EndpointImpl. Moreover BindingImpl.getBindingID() and ProviderImpl.readEndpointReference(Source eprInfoset) are currently not implemented.
