Changed to 2.7.10 upgrade, as 2.7.9 can't be used due to an issue with the JAXWS Provider ( http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/cxf-dev/201402.mbox/%3C52F0F623.7090501%40redhat.com%3E )
