[jbpm-dev] DISTRO/install/build.xml

i'm building install/build.xml for the new tomcat installation and later i will 
also add jboss support to it, which is now in jboss/build.xml

so in theory, i should not have touched the jboss installation.  anyway.  i'll 
verify the integration test suite and then look at your commit
