Uhmm... I think you did not get why we both reacted the way we did. Tom's reaction was a little bit hard to grasp. 'Building a BPM service' takes years to finish, so he will not respond very soon. 

My reaction was a little more obvious (I would think) but probably sarcasm is different in other parts of the world.
