It seems that the directory where Eclipse is looking for the runtime (./runtime as specified in https://github.com/krisv/jbpm/blob/master/jbpm-installer/eclipse.preferences.ini) is not being picked up.  Either because it is not pciking up the eclipse.preferences.ini or because ./runtime does not refer to the jbpm-installer/runtime directory (because the current directory in Mac OS is not the jbpm-installer directory?).  It also seems that the workspace that is being used is not in jbpm-installer/workspace, as expected, this could help in figuring out what ant takes as the current directory.  

@Mauricio: Are you going to take a look at this?  Ping me if you want to discuss this.
