Could you provide a little more detail, like your bpmn2 xml fragment containing the script node definition, or java code that could be used to reproduce the issue?  As I'm not capable of reproducing this issue.  I just downloaded and tried the latest snapshot build (#70) and create a new jBPM project with sample process in it, which contains an MVEL script node, and that seemed to execute fine.
