[jdf-dev] JBDS in the Getting Started Developing Applications Guide

Eventually, we would like to switch over to Rafael's stacks.yaml as the canonical source of info for archetypes and BOMs.
But this will require changes from many sides, so isn't imminent. Also we need to get the format perfect before propagating it out!
In the meantime, I suggest we do this by putting a human as the interface between stacks.yaml and JBDS. IOW you would send a pull req to stacks.yaml, and on it's merge, Rafael will file a JBIDE JIRA asking them to update...
