[jdf-dev] QSTools - Quickstarts tooling automation update to meet remote quickstarts

It's ok for me except for https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JDF-436 and minors remarks on the doc bellow.

In https://github.com/jboss-jdf/qstools/blob/master/README.md, there is no info about  .quickstarts_ignore and the link in Plugin Documentation section is broken.

I sent you a PR to add fuse rules so you can check what I'm using.
