Fixes issue distinguishing EWS TC from Apache TC installs.  Makes test for EWS more stringent, better to potentially name an EWS TC as Apache than the reverse.  In general it should not be a problem unless the EWS install dir is significantly mucked up.

This was due to trying to handle the original EWS CR1 format, which has now been changed.
