[jsr-314-open] [ADMIN] JSF 2.0 Spec Snapshot

I've uploaded a new spec snapshot to [1] and exploded it to [2].

This one is perilously close to the Proposed Final Draft we'll be
handing to the JCP.  Roger and I still need to do some cleanup.

FWIW, the nightly build of Mojarra fully implements this version of the
spec!
