[jsr-314-open] rendered attribute for ui:component, ui:fragment?

 From your description, it certainly sounds like a spec oversight (there 
were a few like that.)  Please file it as an issue...  Ed is currently 
traveling, but I'm sure he'd like to put it on the MR list.
