[jsr-314-open] agenda items for JSF Summit

I thought it might be a good idea to put together some agenda items for
discussion at JSF Summit. Since we don't get a chance to get together often,
it's important not to forget what it is that we want to discuss.

I've thrown together a page on the JCP wiki under the JavaServer Faces
Workbook for JSF Summit 09. I've added a couple of agenda items off the top
of my head. Feel free to add. Please excuse the complete lack of formatting.
The wiki isn't the greatest and I'm too short on time this week to worry
about L&F.
