Hello Jim,
Sorry to hear that, the move from my view is not really understandable since
you were such a vital and important part of the JSF2 implementors, and you
definitely will be hard if not almost impossible to replace.
Anyway, I wish you good luck and I hope you instantly will have a new Job.
