[keycloak-dev] Don't show KEYCLOAK_APPLICATION and KEYCLOAK_IDENTITY_REQUESTER externally

Yeah, I want to remove "*" too altogether.  I think I have a JIRA for 
"*", but not for the KEYCLOAK_... stuff.
